EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

Important Information

Withdrawal Period

You have fourteen (14) days from the date you received the goods to notify us of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal period is met if you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost or we failed to inform you that you have to bear the cost.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been personalized, customized, or made to your specifications
  • Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Products that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life

What Happens Next

After we receive your withdrawal notice:

  1. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal notice
  2. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address
  3. You must return the goods within fourteen (14) days of sending your withdrawal notice
  4. Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will process your refund
  5. You will receive your refund within fourteen (14) days of us receiving the goods or evidence of return
