Expedited shipping options (Express and Priority Express) are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times from the date of shipment, not the order date. Processing time (1-3 business days) is additional.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by visiting the carrier's website with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking has not updated after this period, or if it shows no movement for several days, please contact us at support@solangin.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@solangin.com. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed, but we will work with the carrier to assist you.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • For lost packages: Contact us at support@solangin.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged packages: Take photos of the package and damaged items, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost (except where we collect VAT at checkout for EU/UK orders).

Customs fees vary by country and are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

If you refuse to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, your package may be returned to us or abandoned. You will be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs fees incurred. Refunds will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

EU/UK customers: You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer protection laws, in addition to our 30-day voluntary return policy.

  3. We will provide return instructions and a return address
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the provided return address

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
